A Magazine of Theological and Ethical Inquiry from Yale Divinity School

About Us

Published twice a year, Reflections is offered free to subscribers as a public service of Yale Divinity School.

Each issue of Reflections magazine seeks to bring theological insight to a contemporary social, political or religious question.

By way of personal essays, analysis, interpretation, poetry and art, the magazine extends the mission of Yale Divinity School: To foster the knowledge and love of God through critical engagement with the traditions of the Christian churches in the context of the contemporary world.

Written for a general readership, the magazine aims to furnish arguments not found elsewhere – and remind the national conversation of the theological and ethical dimensions of current debates.
